From the opening to the entrance

When you come to Odawara Joshi Park, please present your advance ticket at the ticket reception located at the Copper Gate Plaza to receive an area admission ticket.
If you arrive before the listed opening time, please pick up an area admission ticket and wait in line at the waiting area.
At the opening time, staff will guide you to the Honmaru Plaza in order of line-up.
The number written on the advance ticket is not a seat number or serial number.

After Admission
Once admitted, please take the seat of your choice on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please present your area admission ticket to the staff when leaving the paid seating area to eat, use the restroom, etc.

After the performance
When the performance is over, please follow the guidance of the staff and exit the theater promptly from the exit located on the right or left side of the stage.
Please proceed to the entrance located on the sleeve of the Honmaru Square.
Please participate in voting for the Audience Award on 9/20 and 9/21.

Other precautions
You can enter the designated area at the times indicated on your area admission ticket.
In principle, exchanges to other times are not possible.
One ticket is required per person (one seat for elementary school students and older).
Please bring your preschool child on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Area admission tickets cannot be reissued.
Seats are not reserved.
Admission will be in the order of those lined up in the waiting area.
Please follow the instructions of the staff when you are in the hall.
Please turn off the flash when taking pictures.
If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be announced on the event's website and social networking sites.
Please be considerate of people around you when viewing the exhibition in the rain, such as with large umbrellas.
Please refrain from bringing pets to the exhibition.
Please be sure to have your area admission ticket with you when you re-enter the area to use the restrooms, etc.
