We recently announced the 18 finalists, and we are pleased to announce that ArtZebs Gallery from Ukraine has been moved up to the finalist list.

It was decided that a total of 20 films will be screened on the day of the event, including 19 finalists and guest films.
*For the "Countdown" on December 31st, encouraged films (20-30 films) will be screened.
