【 12th Call for Entries Theme 】

「Mirror: Mirror」

A mirror that reflects all manner of things is a mysterious entity. What it shows is a real image, yet also a phantom image, sometimes evoking another dimension. Or, like the mirrors in fairy tales, it may reflect the viewer's inner self or desires.

Is what I face the true form, or a future or distorted desire? The "mirror," which inevitably sparks all manner of imagination, is an everyday object, yet for creators, isn't it a fascinating subject?

In Japanese, a mirror is sometimes expressed as "the mirror of ~" to symbolize a person who serves as a model for others, reflecting the heart or the times.

Please express your imagination through projection mapping imagery that captures the allure and effects of mirrors—such as kaleidoscopes and water reflections—and the world of imagery projected by the word "mirror" itself, projecting it onto the grand and beautiful architecture of the Art Gallery.
